It’s a question that struck me as there isn’t a place as far as I can tell where such an image would have been possible to take? Given Monterey hills are too far away, no buildings of that height existed where it would’ve been possible, Aerial photography was in its early infancy and, unless a tower was built for the purpose, the angle at which it is taken wouldn’t have been apparently possible? Could it have been an artistic vision? Thanks to Lost Angeles.
